Job Purpose:

AchieveIt is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with clear and demonstrable success. This person must have excellent critical thinking and communication skills to thrive in our value-driven sales process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow your assigned territory
  • Schedule meetings with executive-level contacts
  • Work with prospects to understand and quantify the scope of their business challenges
  • Develop curated demonstrations that exactly meet your clients’ needs
  • Build business cases based on a thorough understanding of the impact of our solution
  • Successfully articulate our value to prospects
  • Consistently meet activity and revenue objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in full cycle SaaS sales with a clear record of success
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Ability to quickly build a qualified sales pipeline and forecast
  • Consistent experience working towards professional goals
  • Proven track record of success through promotions, awards or rankings
  • Highly driven, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment
  • Passionate about personal and professional brand
