Job Purpose: AchieveIt is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The SDR is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the AchieveIt Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual that is looking to begin a career in sales. This person must have excellent critical thinking and communication skills to thrive in our value-driven sales process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Educate prospects on AchieveIt’s value proposition and drive them through the buying journey
  • Develop new sales opportunities and set meetings via telephone, email and social media channels
  • Conduct a preliminary needs analysis and determine prospects’ pain points, budget, timeline and determine how the AchieveIt solution will speak to those needs
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating contact and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Manage activities in, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Consistently meet activity and meeting objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales-related experience, preferably in SaaS
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly driven, self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills
